Our leading Telecoms client is looking for a dynamic Director to take the Marketing function to new heights in line with an aggressive business market growth strategy, in Mozambique.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop overall marketing strategy for the client brand and ensure strong and relevant positioning of brand is in-line with overall strategy.
- Support the effective delivery of new products to market on quickest possible timings and ensure growth of cross-segment products.
- Assume overall responsibility to ensure that advertising and promotional efforts drive brand equity whilst delivering against short and long-term requirements.
- Tailor marketing messages and campaigns for local relevance.
- Monitors the effective execution of marketing campaigns across channels and proactively address competition in the market
- Appropriately select sponsorship and social programmes to built brand equity and where appropriate deliver social impact.
- Design, execute and monitor customer relationship programmes in line with marketing strategy
- Advise on pricing and promotional strategies.
- Develop sound research approach to support and guide marketing.
Perfil do candidato:
Requirements:
- A post graduate degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior marketing role with strong focus on Product development, Segmentation and leading Brand development.
- Experience in or Knowledge of Telecoms industry.
- Solid leadership and strategic focus.
- Solid experience in research, managing advertising campaigns, media and promotional fundamentals.
